BIPOLAR WEATHER

UPCAT DAY!! I Remember when I was about to take my first ever college exam 3 years ago, and now its my brother's first day today. I was really excited for him so I went to UP with him together with my mom. Guess what? My outfit doesn't fit the weather at all! It was really raining so hard when I left the house and Mr. Sun came up all of a sudden :( The weather's really driving me crazy.
